Clear and fair payment structure:

• Project Payment: 50% advance payment required to start, 50% due upon completion
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
• Currency: All prices quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Late Payments: May result in project suspension until payment is received

Ensuring your complete satisfaction:

• Included Revisions: Two complimentary revision rounds with every project
• Additional Revisions: Available at reasonable rates
• Scope Changes: Major changes to project scope may require additional payment
• Timeline: Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Clear ownership and usage rights:

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of the delivered work
• Portfolio Rights: I retain the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio
• Confidentiality: All client information and project details are kept confidential
• Third-party Content: Client is responsible for providing properly licensed content

Professional responsibility and limitations:

• Service Liability: Limited to the total amount paid for the specific project
• Indirect Damages: Not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Third-party Services: Not liable for issues with external services or platforms
• Force Majeure: Not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
